A way to protect the TSA from sexual harassment suits?

Ok this makes me sick!  The part about the "bra bomb" was disgusting.  It was so clear that this is a way for TSA to not get sued when one of there employees sexually harasses women.  You don't see anything about a jockstrap bomb do you? HMM could this be because most TSA agents do not want to grope men there?
